The Kanji on this hat means “Samurai Spirit,” a reminder that the Samurai embodied the spirit of honor and discipline. Ideally, samurai would live by the code of Bushido, and a samurai was recognized not as much by wearing weapons and armor, but more by the samurai’s adherence to the seven virtues of Bushido.
